We offer a Two-Day Class Intro Package designed for adults no matter your experience level. There is no long-term commitment required to try it out.

During your introductory classes, you will be paired with an instructor or senior student who will guide you safely through the foundational movements. You will practice basic posture, learn how to safely navigate the mat, and get a feel for our traditional Aikido techniques. It is a welcoming, ego-free introduction tailored to your comfort and fitness level.
